I'm a writer and a reporter. I've contributed to Reuters, the Los Angeles Times Magazine, Forbes, Esquire, GQ, Vibe, Savoy, Blaze and many others. I was a 2002-2003 Knight-Wallace Journalism Fellow at the University of Michigan and a 2005 Guy Hanks/Marvin Miller Screenwriting Fellow at USC. My book (The Shooting: A Memoir) was published in January, 2005. Oh, and I really like Bosc pears.
